This mount enables seamless integration of compatible suppressors with the renowned Hellfire Self Timing Brake system. Transitioning is as straightforward as removing your existing Hellfire Brake and installing this efficient mount.
Constructed from aerospace-grade materials, these mounts are available in two robust forms: 17-4PH Stainless Steel and US-made 6AL4V Titanium. For added durability, the stainless steel variants boast a Black Nitride finish to prevent galling, while titanium options feature a DLC coating.
A key innovation of the Generation 2 design is its compact form factor—achieved by eliminating the collar used in previous models. These mounts torque directly into your suppressor, transforming it into a direct-thread system onto the left-hand threaded Hellfire Universal Adapter. The result is minimal addition to overall length without compromising functionality or performance.
This mount offers compatibility with prominent designs such as SiCo Omega Saker and Harvester that initiated with Gen 2's innovative approach. To ensure secure attachment within your suppressor, we recommend applying blue Loc-tite on external threads before installation.
An additional benefit lies in its threading mechanism; should you inadvertently unscrew during barrel attachment due to improper torque settings, simply reverse direction thanks to opposing thread configurations—separation becomes effortless without risk of jamming components together.
