Constructed from case-hardened 8620 steel, it boasts fewer points of contact to reduce friction area significantly. An increase in mass ensures proper gas pressure management, which enhances dwell time—critical for improving extraction when shooting suppressed or utilizing short-barreled rifles (SBRs).

Bolt Assembly

The bolt itself adheres strictly to true Mil-spec dimensions, promising compatibility and dependable performance across various platforms (.223/5.56/300BLK). After heat treatment, external surfaces are CNC ground to achieve a precision fit held to the highest tolerances possible.
