Crafted from S7 tool steel, the Hammer, Trigger & Disconnector are precision machined using a proprietary sear manufacturing process that delivers an incredibly smooth engagement surface. All components undergo case hardening before receiving a Black Oxide finish to ensure durability and reliability under rigorous conditions.
The CNC machined aluminum cassette features built-in adjustment set screws allowing users to achieve optimal pin tension effortlessly. Installation is versatile; choose between standard pins or threaded screw types familiar from previous designs.
